Security Analyst
Location: Madison,Wisconsin
Work Arrangement: Remote with periodic onsite requirements

Project Details
We are seeking a Level III Security Professional with strong experience in vulnerability management, security documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, support federal security compliance efforts, and serve as a trusted partner to security and business teams.
The role requires a strong understanding of security concepts, technical requirements, and operational processes, along with the ability to communicate complex security topics effectively to non-security audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vulnerability management activities, including tracking, monitoring, and remediation.
- Develop, maintain, and contribute to System Security and Privacy Plans (SSPPs) and other security/privacy documentation.
- Support federal security compliance and regulatory initiatives.
- Monitor remediation activities and ensure vulnerabilities are addressed within required timelines.
- Work closely with security teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Translate technical security requirements and risks into clear, understandable information for non-security audiences.
- Manage multiple priorities and coordinate security-related deliverables across teams.
- Support security assessments, compliance activities, and documentation efforts.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Level III security experience.

- Experience with security/privacy plans and related deliverables.
- Understanding of security concepts, technical requirements, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interview Process
Two-round virtual interview process. Video conference or onsite interview may be required.
Work Location Requirements
- Candidate must currently reside in Wisconsin.
- No relocation is allowed.
- Position may be worked remotely up to five days per week.
- Candidate must be available to report onsite when required, including on short notice.
- Minimum quarterly onsite attendance is required, with additional onsite visits based on business needs.
- Remote work arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.
