Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to help protect computer systems, networks, applications, and data. This role will analyze security risks, implement security controls, monitor security tools, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze security risks and recommend appropriate security controls.
• Research security vendors and evaluate new security solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Work with technical teams to implement new security technologies and resolve security issues.
• Monitor IT assets, security agents, and device status.
• Review vulnerability dashboards and assess potential security threats.
• Monitor data inventories and identify policy violations.
• Prepare security reports, metrics, and compliance information.
• Monitor and investigate security incidents and response queues.
• Review SIEM logs and investigate potential security incidents.
• Monitor content-filtering systems and investigate unusual activity.
• Manage and maintain endpoint firewall controls.
• Develop and support security policies and procedures.
• Lead or support projects involving the implementation of new security controls.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Security experience
• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of project leadership experience
• 4+ years evaluating and implementing vendor security solutions
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• CISSP or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience with CISSP or equivalent-level security expertise
