Job Description
University Health is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst to join our Ambulatory applications team. This position serves as a primary support resource for Epic Ambulatory applications and works closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, build, test, implement, and optimize solutions that support effective workflows and end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary support contact for Epic Ambulatory applications. \t
- Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic functionality to support operational and clinical workflows. \t
- Partner with end users and stakeholders to identify needs and develop effective system solutions. \t
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance related to Epic applications. \t
- Coordinate and manage complex system projects, upgrades, enhancements, and application-related tasks. \t
- Support implementation efforts and ongoing optimization of Epic workflows. \t
- Build strong working relationships with clinical, operational, and IT teams throughout University Health.
Qualifications
- \t
- Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or a related field required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for the formal education requirement. \t
- Epic application analyst experience preferred, but not required. \t
- Experience with Epic Ambulatory applications strongly preferred. \t
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. \t
- Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. \t
- Must successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment as required.
