The Role

• Deliver groceries to customers within a specific radius, ensuring accurate and timely drop-offs.
• Load and prepare the delivery vehicle at the start of each shift, ensuring all items are accounted for and the route is optimized.
• Act as the friendly face of the company in the neighborhood, assisting customers with queries and providing a positive service experience.
• Complete the delivery route, finalize operations at the hub, and prepare the vehicle for the next use.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, adhering to company standards for presentation and safety.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license (B) and be at least 18 years of age.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential for effective customer communication.
• A positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and a sense of responsibility.
• Availability for 16-32 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts.
• Physical ability to handle walking and lifting associated with loading and unloading goods.
