Music Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a passionate Music Sales Associate to connect customers with the right instruments, accessories, and lessons. In this retail role, you’ll greet and guide students, parents, and educators, recommend band and orchestra gear, and support rentals, repairs, and lesson sign-ups. You’ll process sales and maintain clean, well-stocked displays while meeting individual and store performance goals. Working on a collaborative, student-focused team, you’ll help grow local music programs, build lasting customer relationships, and develop your skills in music retail and education support.
