Founding Product Designer

• We are looking for a hands-on Founding Product Designer to own the product design experience for an AI-powered consumer finance platform.
• This is an early-stage, high-ownership opportunity where you will work closely with founders and engineers to define the product experience from the ground up.
• You will help create simple, intuitive experiences for complex financial workflows and design new ways for consumers to interact with AI-powered financial tools.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs.
• Design intuitive consumer-facing UX/UI for complex financial workflows.
• Create new interaction patterns for AI-powered products.
• Turn complex financial data and AI behavior into simple user experiences.
• Work directly with founders and engineers to identify problems and ship solutions quickly.
• Build and evolve the product's design system and visual language.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Own the end-to-end product design process from concept through launch.

• 2+ years of product design experience, with strong consumer product experience.
• Experience designing and shipping real products.
• Strong UX, UI and interaction design skills.
• Strong Figma and prototyping experience.
• Experience working on 0→1 products or in early-stage/startup environments.
• Ability to work independently and make design decisions with limited direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A user-focused approach and strong product judgment.

• Experience designing AI, LLM or AI-agent products.
• Fintech, trading, investing or consumer finance experience.
• Experience building products at an early-stage startup.
• Experience designing highly interactive consumer experiences.
