The Role

• Visualize customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract finalization.
• Create offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics, including delivery and installation.
• Contribute significantly to the growth of the company's kitchen segment.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
• Proficiency in professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer engagement.
• A confident and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in execution.
