UK-Based, with frequent international travel required.

Our Leca International team are growing out our Water treatment solutions and we're looking for a Filtralite Technical Support Manager, this role is to play a pivotal role in the continued success of our market-leading filtration media, Filtralite. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, business development, customer engagement, and innovation in a highly international role.

As our technical expert, you will support customers and sales teams worldwide, drive innovation projects, represent the business at industry events, and help develop sustainable solutions that address some of the world's most important water treatment challenges.

What we're looking for:

• Serve as the technical expert for Filtralite , supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle from specification through to commissioning
• Partner with sales teams to win new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
• Lead and support R&D initiatives, including externally funded development projects
• Represent LECA at industry conferences, exhibitions, and technical events globally
• Support claims management and process improvement activities alongside production sites

What you will be doing:

You'll be a technically credible professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building relationships, and influencing customers across multiple markets.

• Previous experience within the water treatment industry
• Strong knowledge of water filtration processes and technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of costs, pricing and business performance
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across international teams
