Job Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer with Integration with AWS

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Can consider any Visa.

·        Design, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including IVR, Architect flows, ACD routing, queues, digital channels, and outbound campaigns.

·        Develop and implement platform enhancements, new features, and configuration changes based on business requirements.

·        Administer Genesys Cloud environments, including user management, roles, permissions, and telephony configurations.

·        Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.

·        Design, develop, and support integrations between Genesys Cloud and AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.

·        Develop secure APIs, Data Actions, and serverless integration components.

·        Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, identity management, and other third-party systems.

·        Act as the primary technical liaison between the Capital Group and Genesys Cloud, AWS, telecommunications, and third-party integration vendors. 

·        Manage vendor-led implementation activities, upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal business disruption.

·        Collaborate with AWS and third-party vendors to troubleshoot integration, networking, API, and infrastructure issues.
