We're hiring on behalf of a leading European energy infrastructure provider, instrumental in shaping the future of energy and contributing to climate protection goals. This company is at the forefront of modernizing substations and building the next generation of high-voltage networks.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high and medium voltage equipment, and electrical systems, including mounting brackets and insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable installation.
• Review and update technical drawings, marking up revisions.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of energy transition projects.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing or metalworking, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or manufacturing.
• Experience working with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to job sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments in Northern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work ethic.
