The Role

• Lead strategic searches and develop proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive IT candidates.
• Partner closely with IT leaders and HR to understand talent needs, define qualifications, and extend competitive offers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to inform hiring strategies and shape organizational structures.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on technical requirements and hiring objectives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent, with a focus on technology roles.
