The Role • Engage with customers and store decision-makers to generate sales and build relationships. • Ensure product availability by fulfilling merchandising needs in retail locations. • Build and maintain product displays, including end caps and shelf arrangements, following plan-o-grams. • Track inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers. • Act as an ambassador for world-famous brands, driving sales through promotional activities. • Execute product rotation and suggest/complete orders for new and out-of-stock items. What You'll Need • 18 years of age or older. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Reliable transportation to travel to and from work locations. • A motivated, self-starter attitude with a strong bias for action and results. • Comfort working independently while also demonstrating successful team-building skills.
