The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, and manage product rotation on shelves.
• Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Engage with shoppers to enhance their in-store experience.
• Support the company's mission to shape the future of shopping experiences.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable transportation to and from various work locations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
