Technical Program Manager III

Step into a high-impact Technical Program Manager role and help bring new features to life for a widely used consumer mobile application in Philadelphia, PA. You'll work closely with engineering while connecting product, design, testing, and business teams to move each feature from an early idea through development, release, and launch.

You'll be the person creating structure for the engineering team, keeping the critical path clear, surfacing risks early, and making sure everyone is aligned when priorities shift. The ideal candidate is technically curious, highly proactive, comfortable pushing back when needed, and ready to take ownership from concept through launch.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of technical project or program management experience

Experience working with Agile application development or engineering teams

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

Experience managing features or releases from concept through launch

Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and critical paths in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Self-starter who can work independently and confidently escalate issues

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience supporting mobile applications or digital products

Background working directly with engineering, product, UX, and testing teams

Familiarity with shift-left testing or continuous quality practices

Experience with release management, deployment planning, and post-launch support

Experience managing complex programs in a large enterprise environment

Drive application features from initial concept through production launch

Turn product ideas and business requirements into clear plans for engineering

Coordinate with product and design teams to prepare work for development

Keep engineering aligned on milestones, dependencies, decisions, and delivery expectations

Partner with testing teams to identify issues early and support ongoing quality checks

Manage release readiness, deployment planning, and post-launch follow-up

Track risks and blockers, resolve friction points, and escalate when necessary
