Senior AI Product Owner / Technical Product Owner – AI & Platform Delivery

Roles & Responsibilities
· Looking for individuals who can operate as a bridge between our business partners and
technology teams. Key responsibilities would include:
· Supporting intake and demand management as we establish our Steering Committee
cadence, helping shape, clarify, and prioritize incoming requests.
· Functioning in some respects as Product Owners—working with stakeholders to flush out
requirements and translate business needs into actionable work for our delivery teams.
· Providing business-facing support across the platform and application portfolio by fielding
questions and issues, helping triage requests, resolving what they can, and coordinating with
the appropriate technical teams when deeper support is required.
· Helping develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting for the Steering
Committee, including visibility into demand, delivery progress, priorities, capacity, issues, and
other portfolio-level measures that support decision-making. · Working effectively within our delivery processes and tools, so familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Agile/product delivery practices will be important. · Overall, I’m looking for resources who can help us strengthen the connection between our customers, portfolio governance, and technology delivery—not simply coordinate work. · Product side: run service design to understand business requirements, process, systems, tools, data, painpoints, identify opportunities and map them to AI techniques from high level; value proposition estimation; roadmap creation; product design; create interactive prototype; work with ui/ux designer and engineers and architect on solution design; define epic, features, user stories, tasks; lead scrum standup calls to track dev progress with frontend/backend developers and engineers; · Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate intake requirements, support demand intake, business process improvements · Roadmap discussion, solution adoption, and value realization · Improves prioritization, communication, and alignment between business needs and technology delivery · If worked on ESP Archer tool is a plus, Support production incident communication · Excellent communication skills · Program side: manage timeline, track progress; status report; governance review and approval; facilitate with infra setup need or other dev team’s need; support API APIGEE approval; support deployment scheduling among different tech teams; etc. · Need experienced product owner and should have at least 5-6 years relevant experience.
