What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites
  • Plan daily work activities and set clear productivity goals
  • Install and oversee installation of DWV and domestic water systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades

  • Maintain a safe and organized job site

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Proven crew leadership or foreman experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems
  • Experience with underground and slab installations
  • Ability to read construction drawings and job specifications
  • Reliable transportation and personal hand tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to job site safety and productivity
  • OSHA 10 preferred
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Consistent commercial project work
  • Leadership role with responsibility
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Supportive team environment
  • Dental, Health, and Vision insurance

If you're a foreman who takes pride in running a clean job site, keeping crews productive, and delivering quality work, we want to hear from you.
