The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Conduct fault finding and offer quick, confident solutions for members. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service. • Respond to a variety of roadside challenges, from simple fixes to complex issues. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions for members.
