JD:

• 15+ years of enterprise application/CRM experience with strong Salesforce transformation and commercial application knowledge.
• Deep Salesforce Architecture expertise with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including enterprise solution design and integrations.
• ERP transformation experience, especially assessing downstream impacts, dependencies, integrations, and remediation requirements related to large Oracle/ERP programs.
• Strong business stakeholder management with excellent communication, workshop facilitation, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
• Leadership experience managing project teams and coordinating offshore developers, administrators, and integration teams while driving delivery and technical alignment.
