Job Description

Product Owner / Product Manager - Contact Center Modernization

Location: St. Louis, MO / Dallas, TX / New York, NY

Work Mode: Remote

Type: Contract

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to lead a Healthcare Contact Center modernization initiative, including migration from Avaya/Genesys/Cisco to Amazon Connect.

Key Requirements:

7+ years of Product Management / Product Owner experience.

3+ years of healthcare payer contact-center experience required.

Proven experience with Amazon Connect migration/modernization.

Strong knowledge of IVR, voice, routing, CTI, and customer journeys.

Experience with Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and Contact Lens.

Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare security.

Experience with Member Services, Provider Services, Care Management, or Utilization Management.

Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe, JIRA, and Confluence experience.

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Must Have: Healthcare Payer + Contact Center + Amazon Connect + Legacy Platform Migration.
