The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure seamless and exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement improvements in departmental staffing effectiveness.
• Assist and advise supervisors on any issues pertaining to the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Ensure all employee and contractor files meet regulatory standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute the nursing schedule in a timely manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules and clerical duties.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and correspondence.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
