60,000 Base with Performance Bonus Up to $125,000.

Your role is to help them see reality clearly — before a mistake makes their situation worse. You will lead structured case strategy consultations, guide prospective clients through the engagement process under attorney supervision, and convert qualified leads into retained clients. You do not provide legal advice. We help people act before it is too late. You likely bring 3–5 years of consultative, high-trust sales or advisory experience.

You are comfortable discussing five-figure legal retainers with individuals who may feel financially strained. Confidence presenting structured engagement options
Discipline with follow-up and CRM systems

This position is primarily remote with in-person training and events; therefore, candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.

The employee must also be available to come into the office as needed for team meetings, training, firm events, in-person client consultations, and other business needs. This is a hybrid position, and candidates outside the local area will not be considered. At Phillips Law, we focus exclusively on criminal defense in New Orleans and throughout Southeast Louisiana.
