Responsibilities
Lead a team of data analytics and reporting while working with large datasets, creating automated workflows, and providing expertise in data preparation, blending, and analysis.
Design, develop, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis.
Perform in-depth data analysis using Alteryx to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Alteryx workflows implementing corrective data quality actions as needed.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using Alteryx.
Qualifications
Required: US citizen with Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire
Responsible for the successful execution of the program’s strategic data management and integration
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Alteryx., preferably in government or defense sectors
Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration
Advanced proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with large-scale data migration projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions
Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable
Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and tools. Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
Desired: Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment
SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred)
Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices
