The Role

• Responsible for the exchange and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical-expert matters on-site, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing daily operational planning.
• Provide customer service and consultation from order placement to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are maintained.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete the expert examination or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency for administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting collaboration.
