Responsibilities - Plan, conduct, and coordinate full lifecycle software development projects - Design, develop, test, and debug software solutions for automated test equipment (ATE) and mission systems - Apply standards, processes, and best practices to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery - Collaborate closely with software, systems, electrical, and test engineers to solve complex technical challenges - Interface with product line managers and directorates to gather requirements and align software solutions with organizational needs - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware integration issues - Maintain comprehensive documentation, operating instructions, and records of program development - Ensure strict compliance with software quality and security standards

Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience - Proficient in C/C++, LabView, Python, Java, or TestStand - Background in automated test equipment software design - Experience with product lifecycle management and issue-tracking systems - Strong foundation in Python scripting - Active DoD Secret clearance (required prior to start)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance Preferred Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
