M&E Project Manager

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E Contractor with the recruitment of an M+E Project Manager to join their project in Okehampton.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all mechanical and electrical packages on a new-build school development.
Working closely with the construction team, consultants, subcontractors and end client, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will have proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the construction or building services sector, a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations, as well as excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
What You'll Get In Return
This role is being offered at a daily rate between £300 - £400 per day on a 3-month contract.
