The Role • Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals. • Conduct property inspections and identify customer needs related to pest control. • Develop and recommend tailored solutions for commercial clients, ensuring compliance and safety standards. • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers. • Utilize provided technology and sales tools to effectively manage client interactions and agreements. • Prioritize safety and conduct all activities with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's license. • Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company-sponsored). • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access different property types (attics, crawl spaces, etc.). • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks associated with inspections. • No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
