The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers alongside your teammates.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting products attractively, baking, and operating modern checkout systems, including self-checkout.
• Support the store manager with operational tasks, including leading shifts, coordinating responsibilities, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake essential duties such as inventory management, cleaning, and stocktaking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) being advantageous.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for engaging and motivating others.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
