Job Requirements Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Pega Robotics to design, develop, and support automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable RPA workflows, supporting production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, debug, and implement RPA solutions using the Pega RPA platform.Create and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.Understand business requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to design automation solutions.Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems.Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and stability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production environments.Prepare and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for known and unknown issues.Provide production support, including incident management, change requests, and root cause analysis (RCA).Participate in on-call support and provide assistance during weekends when required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6+ years of experience in Pega RPA support and development.Strong hands-on experience with Pega Robotics Studio for workflow creation, scripting, and automation development.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java.Experience in integrating Pega RPA with enterprise systems and applications.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills in production environments.Proven experience in handling incident management and change management processes.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and customers.Flexibility to work in shift-based environments and provide weekend/on-call support.Preferred Skills:Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher certification.Experience in migration/upgrade projects (from lower to higher versions of Pega Robotics).Exposure to other RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.Work Experience 7-10Years
