Job description
Culture Amp is seeking a People Systems Analyst to be the analytical backbone of the People Systems and Analytics function. You will partner with Total Rewards and the wider People team, supporting compensation analytics and delivering people analytics across the function.
You will work with People Systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS), and design AI-powered automations to improve efficiency across the function. As part of this team of amazing humans, you will build automated reports and dashboards, own data
