HRIS Systems Manager

HRIS Systems Manager | 6-Month FTC | £55–65k | Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Do you know HR systems inside out, and want to own the strategy rather than just keep the lights on?

We're supporting a well-established organisation to find an experienced HRIS Systems Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the senior expert across their People systems. You'll set the direction, lead the team and make sure the technology works for the business and its colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Owning the People Systems roadmap and turning it into delivery
• Leading and coaching a specialist systems team
• Managing key vendor relationships
• Leading system enhancements, automation and self-service improvements
• Keeping governance, GDPR, security and data integrity tight
• Acting as the final escalation point for complex system issues
• Improving People data, reporting and workforce insights

What you'll bring

• Significant HRIS / People Systems management experience in a complex organisation
• A track record of delivering system roadmaps, implementations and transformation
• Experience leading specialist system teams
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and managing suppliers
• Solid knowledge of data governance, GDPR and audit requirements
