What You'll Need • Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a production mechanic, or comparable qualification with a focus on mechanics or textile technology. • Strong technical understanding and aptitude. • Independent work ethic, reliability, and strong teamwork skills. • A keen eye for quality and a passion for optimizing workflows.
