Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud Service) to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, and drive the migration from AEM On-Premise to AEM Cloud Service while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites & Assets).
• Drive migration from AEM On-Premise to AEM Cloud Service.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM solutions.
• Build reusable AEM components and establish governance standards.
• Collaborate with Azure and API teams for enterprise integrations.
• Implement content governance, metadata models, taxonomy, and authoring workflows.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Ensure application security, accessibility, performance, and compliance.
• Implement monitoring and logging using Adobe Monitoring, Azure Application Insights, and Splunk.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise digital solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
• Strong expertise in AEM Cloud Service.
• Experience migrating AEM On-Premise to AEM Cloud.
• Strong .NET / C# development experience.
• Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JCR, Core Components.
• Azure integrations and REST APIs.
• CI/CD using Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Adobe Dispatcher, caching, CDN, and performance optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership.
