Controls Technician

Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Tech

Engagement type: 6 month contract to hire

50-60 hour work weeks

Onsite in ATX
Pay Range: $40-$50 per hour

Must Haves:

• 4-5+ years of experience as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician (Industrial/Utilities focus)


• 4-5+ years of experience testing controls systems (running I/O loop checks, verifying sensors, controllers, and actuators to meet functional requirements)




• Calibrating and testing temperature, flow, and pressure




• 4-5+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial controls systems (Transmitters, wiring, and PLCs)


• 4-5+ years of experience calibrating transmitters, fluid meters, valves, sensors, and part communicators


• 4-5+ years of experience defining P&ID drawings and running loop checks
