Field Service Engineer (Heat Treatment) Nationwide UK Coverage | Permanent | Full-Time £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Van + Overtime About the Role We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a growing industrial equipment business, providing nationwide service and technical support for industrial ovens.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in industrial ovens, industrial heating equipment or associated process machinery, looking for a varied role with excellent earning potential through overtime. Experience with industrial ovens is extremely desirable.

Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs on industrial ovens.<br />Attend customer sites nationwide to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.<br />Complete planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.<br />Commission and test equipment, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.<br />Carry out fault-finding across electrical, mechanical and control systems.<br />Provide technical support and advice to customers.<br />Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work undertaken.<br />Travel nationwide, including overnight stays where required.<br />Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to resolve customer issues.

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or similar technical engineering role.<br />Experience working with industrial ovens is extremely desirable.<br />Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.<br />Experience working with industrial heating equipment, furnaces or associated process machinery would be advantageous.<br />Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.<br />Strong customer service and communication skills.<br />Comfortable with nationwide travel and overnight stays.<br />Full UK driving licence.
