Business Analyst – Loan IQ

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Loan IQ experience to support commercial lending and loan servicing initiatives. The candidate will work closely with Lending Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Risk teams to enhance Loan IQ capabilities and related business processes.

Responsibilities

·  Gather and document business and functional requirements for Loan IQ initiatives.

·  Work with commercial lending and loan operations teams to understand loan lifecycle and servicing requirements.

·  Support Loan IQ functionality including deal setup, facilities, loans, interest, fees, payments, repricing, and servicing events.

·  Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

·  Analyze existing Loan IQ workflows and identify process and system improvements.

·  Support integrations between Loan IQ and upstream/downstream banking systems.

·  Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

·  Develop test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production validation.

·  Support data analysis, reconciliation, and investigation of Loan IQ issues.

Qualifications

·  5+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.

·  Hands-on functional experience with Finastra Loan IQ is required.

·  Strong understanding of commercial lending and the loan servicing lifecycle.

·  Experience with bilateral and/or syndicated lending preferred.

·  Understanding of interest calculations, fees, payments, facilities, and loan transactions.

·  Experience with Agile, Jira/Azure DevOps, SQL, APIs, or system integrations is a plus.

·  Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
