Job Title: Sr. Integration SME – Warehouse Automation & Industrial Systems

Location: Holland City, MI – Onsite

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end integration architecture across WMS, WES, WCS, SAP ECC/EWM, ASRS, AMR/AGV fleet managers, MES, and third-party automation platforms
Design and standardize integration frameworks between warehouse software platforms and automation equipment
Define real-time event-driven communication models for material movement, inventory updates, and workflow orchestration
Create standardized APIs, messaging patterns, interface specifications, and integration governance models
Define responsibilities and interactions among WMS, WES, and WCS layers
Design orchestration approaches for material flow control, task management, inventory synchronization, and exception handling
Develop enterprise standards for integration architecture, messaging frameworks, API management, and data synchronization
Assess current-state systems, identify integration gaps, and recommend optimal architectures

Required Skills

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
SAP ECC WM / SAP EWM
Industrial automation: ASRS, AMR/AGV fleets, robotics, conveyor systems, pack-out and shipping automation
Integration technologies: REST APIs, Kafka, Message Queues
Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration Architecture, System-of-Record Design, Data Modeling, Process Orchestration, Real-Time Systems Design

Preferred Skills

Experience in highly automated manufacturing or distribution environments
Background in automotive, industrial manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse automation projects

Location & Work Model

Holland City, MI – Onsite (5 days/week)
