Pay Range: $30 - $34/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive requests from operations regarding logistics incidents/damages.
• Investigate incidents and determine responsibility.
• File claims against responsible parties (carriers/vendors/partners).
• Manage claims through internal systems and approval workflows.
• Communicate claim details with carriers and stakeholders.
• Track and resolve claims efficiently.
• Handle data related to claims and logistics activities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage claims and handle data.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Logistics/transportation experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• SAP experience.
• Claims management system experience.
• Microsoft Excel (fundamental/basic level).
• SAP ERP system.
• ERP systems.
• Web-based claims management tools.
• Used for data handling and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills/macros are not required.
• Strong Excel skills would be a plus.
