Finance Manager (Financial Planning/Analysis)

JOB LOCATION

JOB PURPOSE:
The Chief Financial Officer provides the overall management of departments/entities assigned to him/her.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
~ Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required Master's Degree in Health Care Finance or related field and/or C.P.A. preferred; must have a thorough knowledge of health care delivery system and facilities management.

Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes

Progressive experience and successful record in health care field, including five (5) to seven (7) years of effective senior management experience in a related health care setting.
Exceptional financial skills and abilities.
Articulate communicator; team builder; negotiator; motivator; fair, creative and supportive manager.
Ability to earn respect of the medical staff, auxilians, management team and employees.
Ability to conceptualize; consistency in decision making; problem solver; outstanding skill in delegation; organized; strong business management orientation.
