Job Description
AI/ML Developer
Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Richardson, TX, and Hartford, CT
onsite/Hybrid
• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in AI/ML solution development.
• Experience designing and implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for document classification and information extraction.
• Hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for document understanding.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of AWS experience, including services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Multifamily Lending, Mortgage, or Financial Services.
• AWS AI/ML or Cloud certifications preferred.
