Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale, complex enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile delivery, AI-driven initiatives, and Technical Program Management, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, client engagements, budgets, risks, and strategic program execution. Experience managing enterprise IT transformation programs and stakeholder relationships is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs and strategic client engagements.

Drive Agile program execution, ensuring successful planning, tracking, and delivery.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, clients, and business stakeholders.

Ensure successful implementation of business and technical solutions aligned with client objectives.

Manage contractual deliverables, project financials, invoices, and costs using IPPF or similar financial management tools.

Apply AI-enabled project management practices to improve delivery efficiency and decision-making.

Conduct executive-level stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and status reporting.

Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and compliance.

Lead strategic planning, resource management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and software delivery lifecycle.
