We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and Scrum teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.
Drive Salesforce process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
8+ years of Business Analyst experience with Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and backlog management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA, PO) are a plus
