Roles & Responsibilities

·       10+ years of functional experience implementing Oracle HCM for enterprise HR functions across multiple geographies.

·       Strong solution design & architecture expertise across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll.

·       Experience leading functional design, overseeing technical design, & providing architectural guidance across multiple projects.

·       Expertise in designing end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM, other enterprise systems, and external vendors.

·       Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical business SMEs and stakeholders.

·       Knowledge of security and compliance requirements, including applicable industry and enterprise standards.

·       An AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience enabling agents in Oracle AI Agent Studio.

·       Collaborate with HR product leaders & stakeholders to identify strategic HR initiatives & translate into solution designs.

·       Lead Oracle HCM architecture and functional design, providing technical design oversight throughout delivery.

·       Define integration approaches that connect Oracle HCM with enterprise applications and vendor systems.

·       Ensure proposed solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

·       Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to address HR business needs.

·       Develop proof-of-concept capabilities and conduct feasibility assessments to inform future HR technology investments.

·       Present solution strategies & future-state roadmaps to leadership, supported by industry research & feasibility findings.

·       Build partnerships across the enterprise to share lessons learned and promote architectural best practices.
