Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a government client. This is a 12-month FTC based in Newcastle. Candidates must either be based locally or willing to relocate/travel to Newcastle. There will be requirements to attend offices, quarterly in-person meetings, and additional ad hoc workshops.

Responsibilities

• Translate user research and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Work effectively with technical teams to produce build-ready requirements.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the programme.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Produce structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
• Ensure requirements are linked to user needs and business value.
• Support delivery within digital product environments.
• Adapt to complex and changing environments.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
• Experience working in digital product environments.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of data, analytics and digital delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Experience producing structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
