Job Summary: Claude AI / Anthropic SME & Automation Engineer

• Position Title: Claude AI / Anthropic SME & Automation Engineer
• Location: Juno Beach, FL (100% Onsite - Day 1)
• Duration: Long Term/ Fulltime
• Core Specialty: Anthropic Claude API, AWS Bedrock Model Invocation, n8n Workflow Automation, Agentic AI Frameworks, SecOps Automation
• Integrations: GitHub, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Tenable, CNAPP (Upwind, CrowdStrike)

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Workflow Engineering: Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation pipelines in n8n using Anthropic Claude models via AWS Bedrock API calls as the primary reasoning engine.
• SecOps Automation: Implement automated cybersecurity workflows for vulnerability triage, automated remediation ticketing, security incident summarization, and log analysis.
• Agent Architecture: Implement advanced AI agent patterns, including multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, context management, prompt chaining, and Mythos/Ethos SecOps patterns.
• Enterprise Integration: Connect Claude AI reasoning layers with core IT operations tools (ServiceNow, GitHub, custom REST APIs) and security scanners (Tenable, CNAPP tools).
• Upskilling & SME Guidance: Mentor and train internal engineering teams on prompt optimization, agent design capabilities, token efficiency, and responsible enterprise AI governance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience developing with Anthropic Claude API and AWS Bedrock model invocation.
• Proven track record building end-to-end automation workflows in n8n (or similar orchestration engines).
• Deep understanding of AI Agent patterns: function/tool calling, memory management, prompt chaining, and multi-step execution.
• Direct exposure to cybersecurity use cases: vulnerability management (Tenable), incident summarization, and ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow).
• Strong API development skills (REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON parsing, Python/Node.js scripting).

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Mythos / Ethos agentic patterns or dedicated AI SecOps automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CNAPP security platforms (Upwind, CrowdStrike, Tenable).
• Active Anthropic / AWS AI certifications.
