Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2 years in a Technical BA or QA/Software Testing role within an enterprise software environment. (Candidates with a strong QA background looking to step into a Technical BA role with solid requirement-writing skills are highly encouraged).
• Technical Aptitude: Core comprehension of 3-tier architecture and exposure to the software application development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile).
• Communication & Articulation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details and ask clarifying questions effectively.
• Trainability: Fast learner who takes direction well, possessing strong problem-solving skills and high motivation to grow under team guidance.
