The Role

• Proper reprocessing of medical devices, including cleaning, disinfection, function testing, packaging, and sterilization.
• Operation and monitoring of cleaning machines and sterilizers according to established guidelines.
• Systematic instrument management, including assembling instrument trays according to pack lists and appropriate packaging.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legal requirements.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the Level I or Level II qualification course for sterilization assistants.
• Reliability, thoroughness, and accuracy in your work, with a strong sense of responsibility for quality.
• Good German language skills, at least at B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of using IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and a strong team orientation.
