About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP Source to Pay (SAP S4 Hana on Rise) to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S4 Hana, SAP CRM, SAP FSCM, SAP APO, SAP-P2P along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Responsibilities:

• S2P Configuration: Provide SAP P2P functional expertise with hands on configuration expertise across SAP MM (Material Management), SAP IM (Inventory Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP APO (SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer), Ariba and OpenText solutions.

 

S2P Processes:

• Contribute to the design, implementation and optimization of SAP S2P processes, ensuring end-to-end business requirements are met through scalable SAP solutions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. 
• Responsible for ABAP developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) as needed.
• Strong experience of MM/PP Master-data (Material Master, Bill of Materials, Work Center, Routing, Production Version, Production Resources and Tools
• Solid understanding process integration with Finance, Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales and Warehouse Management
• Strong experience supporting Logistics Invoice Verification, SAP MM P2P, and FI A/P.
• Experience with developing Queries, SQL extracts, and updating queries as required by Business Users.

• Core Configuration: Strong experience in the areas of SAP-APO, SAP-P2P, Sub con process, and STO process, covering business process mapping, blueprinting, assessment, designing, reengineering, gap analysis configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Lifecycle Support: Support full SAP S2P lifecycle implementations, including system configuration, functional specification development, integration, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Integration Support: Assist in integration efforts with other modules including SAP MM (Material Management), SAP IM (Inventory Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP APO (SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer), Ariba and OpenText solutions; Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP P2P module with other SAP modules like FICO, SD, PP, PS.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to implement and deploy global ERP solutions, leveraging Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
• System Management Activities: Contribute to coordinating system management activities including business requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and project go-live planning and support
• Project Documentation: Produce and maintain business process documentation, diagrams, and training materials as needed to support user adoption and operational readiness.
• Functional Documentation: Create and maintain functional specifications for ABAP developments, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Production Support: Monitor and resolve SAP S2P system issues, provide production support, and implement system improvements for optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP S2P systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.
• SAP system enhancements: Contribute to the planning and execution of ongoing SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and support, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Audit Documentation: Support audit requests and assist in documentation related to SAP controls and processes.

                                                         

Required Qualifications:                   

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in an SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) environment, with strong competencies in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP CRM, SAP FSCM, SAP Receivables Management, and OpenText.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications experience
• At least 1 years of lead experience or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications experience
• At least 1 years of lead experience or At least 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications experience
• At least 1 years of lead experience

 

Additional Requirements:                            

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of end-to-end SAP S2P processes with a track record of implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems for global organizations.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable SAP systems and applications solutions. 
• Skilled in business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficient analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
