The Role

• Manage the monthly financial close process for the Woodward location.
• Prepare and input journal entries, month-end statements, and key performance indicator reports.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, budget preparation, and requested financial reports.
• Participate in goal setting, safety leadership activities, and process enhancements.
• Conduct variance analysis for balance sheets, monthly plant costs, and product costing.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings.
