Position: Non-Investment Finance Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$85/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:Flexible hours

Role Responsibilities

• Build and review deliverables such as PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations, vendor/AP payment reconciliations, and integrated 3-statement and pro-forma models.
• Evaluate AI-generated attempts against professional standards in complex finance scenarios.
• Reason from primary sources like term sheets and trial balances to identify material information.
• Write clear, CFO/partner-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances, and recommendations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years in a hands-on non-investment finance role.
• Strong US GAAP/IFRS and advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Comfort exercising professional judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information.

Preferred

• CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
• Experience with ASC 805 & 606.
