The Role

• Manage and grow existing accounts while proactively prospecting for new business.
• Plan territory strategy on Mondays and conduct on-site customer visits from Tuesday to Friday.
• Develop and present effective solutions to customers, leveraging a comprehensive product catalog.
• Act as the "CEO" of your assigned territory, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team through regular trips to the office for training and meetings.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of previous sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to manage your territory.
