I am incredibly proud of our dedicated staff, their kindness and commitment to the children shines through. We are a team that loves teaching, and it shows. Our curriculum is rich, and designed to ignite a lifelong love of learning in our pupils. We are a family here at Ledger Lane, and we are excited to welcome passionate educators who share our values. You will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of students during the lunchtime period across the site, including supervision in the dining hall and other designated areas. This involves actively upholding acceptable behaviour standards by modelling outstanding conduct, manners, speech, and appearance at all times.
You will intervene in behavioural issues using positive behaviour management strategies to bring about improvement. Furthermore, you will assist in managing the dining environment, ensuring it is kept clean and clear from slip hazards by helping with tasks like clearing tables and tidying equipment.
